really good service breakfast buffet comfortable bed
the staff provided really good service, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. i found the room well kept with a comfortable bed and adequate workspace. the proximity to metro stations made exploring easy.
the room i stayed in had limited soundproofing, i could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

cold room lack of refrigerator
the bathroom was very good it was nothing special but acceptable
my room was quite cold it was a noticeable problem i had difficulty adjusting the temperature and the staff seemed unconcerned also the lack of a refrigerator was irritating for storing drinks and snacks i needed one but there were none to be found

this hotel is clean and convenient. staff is friendly and helpful. i found the location excellent, a pleasant walk to many sights. the rooms are super clean and quiet, which i greatly appreciate. breakfast was great with a variety of options.

republic place is a short walk from the hotel. many metro lines cross there. this location is very convenient to take a train. it is a pleasant and safe walk to many sights.

metro proximity helpful staff good fuel
I appreciate the hotels proximity to the metro. It made getting around easy. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The breakfasts were filling and provided good fuel for the day. There's also a 24/7 drinks service downstairs.
The gym is small.
